Cannot make or receive calls

Hi friends. I just switched from LG V30 to Samsung A21. Now I cannot make or receive calls. Any suggestions would be really helpful.

Can you check

Settings → Connections → Mobile networks

Under Network operators, do you have your carrier list there?
