I have a Galaxy A71. I need to know how I can record phone calls/conversations. If this requires installation of an app, that's fine, I just really need need to know how to do this properly. Thank you so very much for any help you can provide!

Try Cube ACR. It's got a free trial period, but after that it's fairly expensive, about $15 per year, but it works for me.

Thank you so very much for responding! I'll give it a try. Posting on here was MUCH faster than trying to get some kind of answer on the Internet. I really appreciate your help! Take care!

Hi, You can enable Auto Call recording to record calls.

Open the phone dialer >> Go to settings by clicking on three dot menu >> Select Recording Calls >> Now click on the toggle to enable Auto recording.

From there you can automatically record calls from unsaved numbers and selected numbers.

What Country are you in? Samsung doesn't have native call recording in Canada.

Hi Janeway42, I am sorry for the miscommunication.

We request you to download any third party app from Google Play store to record calls.

Not in Canada, which begs for an answer since Canada in a one party consent.  It's perfectly legal for us, yet your phone app does not enable this feature for us.

This is also something that has been requested for a long time on the forums, and we only get the canned response of 'we'll take it under advisement'

I truly do think you guys make great hardware, but the service side, and response to customer feature requests is lacking

Check out the many call recording apps at the Google Play Store and try them.  Most of them offer a free trial period so you can try them out and see how well it works.  Once you've got it installed, there usually isn't much to it.  The app may require you to enable access of the app to your phone, microphone, etc.  But once it's done, it is just as simple as placing a phone call and then checking back on the app to hear if the conversation on both sides were correctly recorded and played back without any static, issues.  If you use bluetooth, you should try that too with your bluetooth on to make sure that it works as well.

Mind you, I don't own an A71 but I think that whatever shows up in the Play store normally will indicate if your phone is supported or not, or the developer will indicate so in the descriptions.  The worst case scenario if the app doesn't work is that you uninstall and try another one.
