problem off the sound

hello I have a Samsung Galaxy a5 2017 and suddenly my phone has more sound. except when I receive a call I am capable of entering the discussion but nevertheless when I put to the speaker it no longer works. In addition I put the volume to the bottom and when I put a MUSIC or YOUTUBE .... HAS NOT WALK. Please FAST REPLY. THANK YOU.

Make sure all of this settings are set to full.
If this doesn't help. You will have to factory restore your device. If factory restoring doesn't help than its definitely a hardware problem and you will have to contact samsung for service.

thank you but now its walking I switched off my phone and I rekindle then with a magic stroke his walk. I think it was a bug.

Resetting setting from general maintainance will help too.
