Galaxy AHi, we would like to inform you that Samsung Visit In will use your location to recognize if you are in a store that sells Samsung products, and notify you of any available offers.
If you don't want to have it, head to Settings > Apps > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Show System Apps > Visit In > Notifications, and disable this option.
Alternatively, open the app settings > Location-based Notifications > Off.

Galaxy ANot answering the question..
The question wasn't about Notifications, or about how it works.
The question was, why is there a system app, on his device, which is not compatible with his device.
"but it's not compatible"

Galaxy AThis does not work. It can't be removed and wastes storage. It is not compatible in uk, therefore totally useless and just blocks the phone up with nonsense. It needs removing!

Galaxy AThe full apk is only 8.82 Meg, so it's hardly wasting storage.
Just disable it and forget about it.

Galaxy ANo need to swear lol, just disable the app.
Either use a package disabler or adb, and you can't be tracked.
