Hello, I have a Samsung a11 (a115U) that I want to setup, issue is when I go to set it up there is a message saying I need a Verizon sim card to continue, which I do not have. I have found a tried a couple methods that have not worked, so anything would be great, thanks!

If you are in Canada, then you have a US device. 

If you are in the US, this is the Canadian Samsung Members site. 

The US Samsung Members site will be better able to help you.
