Good Evening,  I'm expecting a new Samsung smartphone this week or next. I have a question about Smart Switch. Should I complete the transfer with Smart Switch between the old and the new before or after transferring the SIM card? What's the recommendation for this process?

Sure! It's either ATF1 or ATF2

Okay, thanks. I've tried checking for update, but it's not picking anything up. here is the current version. What should I do next?

Unfortunately, nothing else can be done. You'll have to wait until it gets released. Even if I do my best to provide accurate info on my updates list, the truth is that carriers and Samsung can delay the update even at the very last minute.

Bell has posted to their support website that the current firmware update is ATF2.

I've checked all CSCs and there's nothing on the Samsung servers ready to be downloaded. I think Bell might have posted this too early. You'll get it soon, don't worry.
