Would anyone have an idea why my vibration stopped working? I contacted Samsung support after discovering this through the interactive checks on here and they just told me to reset my phone, which didnt fix the problem. I know things like that I guess could be from a drop or 2, but just wondering if there could be something else.
exactly what Neals mentioned, open up the Samsung diagnostic menu by dialing *#0*# and test vibration. please let us know if it works in the diagnostic menu. If it does, I would recommend booting your device in safe mode and try it again
So, I've got a tentative appointment with a nearby Samsung Authorized service center. They have to special order the part first, then will have me bring it in this next week
Well, it may not be a very important thing, but when my ringer and sounds are turned off and wifey messages and I don't feel vibration of notification, it's about the whole ' Happy wife, Happy Life' lol
