Vibration not working

Would anyone have an idea why my vibration stopped working? I contacted Samsung support after discovering this through the interactive checks on here and they just told me to reset my phone, which didnt fix the problem.  I know things like that I guess could be from a drop or 2, but just wondering if there could be something else.

It sounds like a hardware issue which means you need to take your phone in for repair. You can also replace it yourself but you would need the necessary tools, parts and expertise to do it properly, and that would void the warranty if you do.

Yeah, that's what I was afraid of, though thought maybe it could be some setting I'm missing.

Make sure you didn't put your device in the Do mot disturb Mode
Also, check in the Vibration intensity if you have not put it at 0
And last. check in the system sound if everything is enable
(mine are not, i don't want vibrations)

I dont keep my Do Not Disturb mode on, but thanks because of course that would be one of the first things to check. I didn't even think about checking the intensity. And I'll also check the third setting. Thanks, @Cassidy!

I have vibration intensity on my tablet and on my phone
So, you'll have to take a survey ticket...

test vibration sensor by going to dialer type *#0*# and pick vibration see if works if it doesn't vibrate its hardware if it does its software
