Yeah, I did reply to their post. Maybe I replied in French, which likely annoyed an "ambassador".
Curiously, we can't send DMs to any of Samsung's Moderators?
It's beyond me why anyone would start looking for a lost / stolen phone... after a YEAR!
The data is only available on Find My Phone, for about a week.
Setting aside the possibility of a "technical glitch", as the "explanation" for why my original reply was zapped.. If it was a Moderator, you'd think that they read the thread, and might have posted some kind of.. "we are sincerely devastated with your loss..." etc.
I am fairly confident that Wiping Cache, Safe Mode, or contacting online shopping / support, would not be a solution... But it would demonstrate a degree of interest.

Pretty sure that ambassador was likely barely able to make a post let alone removing anything if he couldn't figure out how to use Google translate to read French Posts in English

Calling the police, a year after losing a J7, isn't recommended. After they stop laughing, they are more likely to pick them up for a psych evaluation.. it's a 5+ year old phone, worth maybe $60.
