Annoying message

Recently I've been getting this message when I open my Samsung Clear View case or change themes I downloaded free from the Google Store. 

Could have infected my phone pressing a link from a message "Push ___"

Ideas? Like to get rid of the message "Failed to download attachment..."

I assumed since I got it from the Google Store the themes were ok.

Not sure if it's from pressing a link in a message I didn't recognize. Took me to Samsung Internet... noticed the url was from my Carrier.. Bell here in Canada. Toronto

removed the free themes... rebooted... didn't help.

Free apps. if they for legit companies and the government..I think those are ok. as well as e-shopping sites like Amazon. was using them with no trouble.

Think it may be that "push ___" message. Don't have pressed the link.

Dude that's just an MMS picture (picture text message) from someone that's not able to properly download on Samsung Messages

Can you explain more? Someine that isn't able to d)l?? Who would be trying to download? Why am I seeing this message? That message blinks when I open phone or switched between themes... which I removed

Your phone is trying to download an attachment (a picture or a message) received by one of your contacts and it's not able to, it's failing. Browse through your received text messages to see which one it might be.

You just need to turn on your mobile data and download that MMS from one of your contacts that you received

How do I know from whom? Will it say? I do have my mobile data off..

Well if you just encountered this recently then might be from someone within few days. Don't know how can you check from whom

got that message again... turned mobile data back on. another 200kb added... why?
