Hello, I have a Note 10+ and recently when I receive a call, my phone rings, but the screen is black. It does not show the call. I don't know what could have happened for this. Does anyone know how to fix this ? Thx

The screen is only going black when you receive a call?

Thanks, I finally managed to solve the issue. It was the do not disturb that blocked the call from popping up.

Hi Rsarmie, We suggest you to check the setting Phone Dialer app.
Please go to the App Info and tap on Notifications.
Step 2: Tap on the 'Incoming Calls' option and then turn on the toggle.

I would recommend try clear cache and data for Phone app first.

If your phone updated recently, try go to recovery mode to do a Wipe Cache Partition.

Hello thanks everyone for your comments, I tried almost everything you said, except clearing the data on the phone app and still not working. But then I tried deactivate the do not disturb mode and it started to work fine again. The issue was that when I received a call, the phonr started to ring but the app didn't open, so I had to unlock the phone and open the quick panel in the top of the phone and from there I could access the call. Most of the time the call was off before I could answer it. I have a question : if I erase the data from the phone app, which information will be erased?

If you Wipe the Data from the Dialer / Phone app, you will lose your current Call settings, ie: Any Blocked call numbers, Ringtones, essentially what you might have set up in the settings you see in the screen shot.

But you won't lose any personal information.

That strange. If DND on, your phone won't ring. Well...glad this is resolved.
