Although we can appreciate your effort. Why doesn't Samsung provide this service?

Because Samsung says it's impossible. So random guy on the Internet has to do it.

@Jc22

Are you sure than the application developper will not update their application to work with UI 2.1 ?

Also, do you have enough knowledge to FLASH your device ?

You can take a look of what it involve here  (but you can make confidence with CHMultimedia to guide you) :

Okay, go to your computer and type this in your browser: http://chmulti.ca/N10-BTB3 (http:// not necessary)

Download everything there. You'll probably have to unzip it, do it if necessary. If done correctly, you'll have something like Image 1.

Open the Odin folder and open the Odin executable. Disregard any warning. Click on the AP button. In the window that appears, navigate to the folder you've downloaded and select the file that starts with AP (Image 2). The file will be processed. This step will take a while.

Repeat for BL and CP (select the correct file, BL for BL, CP for CP). For CSC, select the file named HOME_CSC. Leave USERDATA blank.

Now, do a backup of your phone, just in case.

After that, turn off your phone and hold the Power and Volume Down buttons (Image 3). There will be a teal warning screen. Press Volume Up. Plug your phone to your computer and hit Start.
