Earphones for note 20 ultra

Are we going to receive a wired earphones for note 20 ultra?

Samsung is not including wired earphone in Canada or USA , but if it's like in the USA, you can ask Samsung  to send you some .

All you have to do is contact Samsung support and provide them with proof of purchase for them to ship a pair of the USB-C earbuds your way, apparently free of charge. This offer only applies for Galaxy Note 20 devices sold in North America as these are the only Samsung Galaxy Note phones so far to not come with earbuds in the box.

We are no longer offering wired headphones in the box for our flagship phones in North America. More consumers are opting to use Bluetooth and wireless headphones that match their own preference, and the usage of wired headphones, even where we’ve included compatible solutions inbox, has steadily declined.

I can confirm what @keagan has said, I've spoken with customer service and the earphones are not available in Canada.

Yeah, but for the cost of the phone they should have included it for FREE or at the very least charge LESS for the phone. Instead they increase the cost to get less than what the previous model(s) offer. 🙄🤦

According to Samsung care support, effective 12/4, they no longer are providing the no cost earphones. 🤨 The time spent on chat for them to tell me this was ridiculous. Very poor customer experience. 🤨

Wow! This is really bad. We're in the middle of a pandemic and I can't go into stores to buy hardware easily and I can't get them without spending another $150? I don't even want the earbuds, I just want the wired ones with the microphone. Absolutely ridiculous. Certainly not thinking about the consumer here. I live on my headset. It's gonna be at least a week now without one, and I am going to Is be in neck pain as a result of this terrible decision. Samsung has always included a pair of headphones with their note . I have had notes since note 4. Why would I ever in a million years expected not to come with a headphone, or at least a port that I can plug my existing headphone into. Additionally, if I'm charging my phone in the car, to have no port to plug in to because it's using my USB port, it's absolutely ridiculous . Not everybody wants Bluetooth in their ear . This is a real awful thing about the note 20. So far not impressed at all. I wish I could just replace my old note 9. I would have paid less and would have been much happier . I'm not seeing any benefit to the note 20. Just all good stuff taken away
