Pen will not connect.tried resetting phone to factory. No luck

Go in Settings/Advanced features/S-Pen/Air Actions and Enable Air Actions

And if it doesn't work, click on the 3 dots in the Air Actions section and Reset the S-Pen like in the picture.
When I do those kind of things, I always restart my phone after to be sure 👍
Is this happening after the recent update ? If yes, you'll have to do a Wipe Cache Partition like i explain in this link :
