Galaxy NoteOff hand, it sounds like a connectivity issue.
Did you check your WiFi / Cell Data connections?
You could always try resetting your network connections (you need to KNOW your passwords BEFORE you reset your network connections.
Try that & see if it helps 🤞

Galaxy NoteYeah since you had already tried the correct steps to resolve the issue, really the only thing left was a connectivity problem.
It's always possible that it's not you either, occasionally there's a network failure with one or more Carriers.
There's a few websites (a little irony here) where you can check to see if there's a network outage.
One is Downdetector but there's others too.
