HELP unable to recieve picture msg

Whenever I get a picture msg this comes up. and it followed by this msg from my provider. I have Checked the settings but Cant find anything also my phone has tons of free space.

Not tha+ I kwow But or my Last phone I never had this Problem with this Contact Sending me Pictures

This almost seems like a carrier issue, have you called Bell and see if they can assist?

You have an SD card by chance? Do you also have image/video files automatically saved to that SD card? Might simply be a file root issue. Phone has all the free space it needs but the SD not much. Plus back your darn pics up to cloud! Hope this helped.
