Hello . There are ads coming to my phone everytime I open the screen . I tried so hard to stop em but couldnt anybody have an idea ?

most probably from an app you downloaded

it opens the browser straightaway without my permission

when exactly did this start ? And have you downloaded anything new at about the same time ?

Yesterday I was browsing on google and it happened

It's either an app you installed or you enrolled for the Samsung "customization" option.

you can also restart your phone in safe mode. if it doesn't happen in safe mode, its a good sign that an app is causing this

thank you GG2 for help it was really helpful to try safe mode . when I did it the problem disappeared so I just remembered that I downloaded a game Yesterday. when I deleted it everything become normal . thank you

that is definitely an app that you downloaded. You either have to get rid of the app or ot perminatly will be there with a virus
