re samsung note 10+ problem

Can anyone help, is there a problem with your note 10plus having issues with calls  eg cant hear other party sounds like a robot/ or static.

This won't help with your issue but my calls are crystal clear with my Note 10+.

just got off the phine with samsung support.. i spent over 5000 for 2 phones 10plus and warrenty
if you guys wants advice do not buy the warrenty they will not give you a new phone unless they decide which is never.
samsung expects me to keep sending my phone in for repair for the 4 time.
this stupid phone is only 5month old.
im done they have lost a loyal customer.
i was told by many samsung **bleep** they are right!!!!!!

Which Carrier are you with?
When you received your Note - Did you get a new SIM card with it?
It sounds more like a Network / SIM issue than a device issue...

If you haven't already - You could always Backup your device with Smart Switch & Factory Reset - It never hurts & can only help to rule out some issues... But - If it was me - I'd start with a new SIM card & go from there.
