Galaxy NoteHi Alampole, if you are referring to edge panels, Navigate to and open Settings.
Tap on Display, and then scroll down to Edge panels. Tap the switch to turn off the panel.

Galaxy NoteI mean it LOOKS like a side panel, or possibly a vertical Dock?
Are those apps displayed, actually what you have in your Dock?
I didn't see anything in Good Lock that would do this, but maybe I'm blind?
Have you tried Disabling, or Uninstalling everything in Good Lock, just to see if it's coming from a setting there? That's what I would do.
