I was wondering if anyone received their Icon X with the Note 9 pre-order cause for me its been 10 weeks and still nothing.

I had an issue with my S8 Plus pre-order. What I had done was message them through the feedback section. They got back to me in a couple of days via email. Just in case they have tried to verify your product etc. via email check your spam and junk inboxes. Wonchul had gotten back to me quick and I had my Gear VR in 3days. Best of luck! 😁

I did get an email confirmation it said that i shou get an other email with the shipping tracking number in the next 6-8 weeks but its been 10 weeks and still nothing

you really should contact them..I dont think it should have taken this long. @worchul @jenna any help?

also there is a support option right in this members app..chat with someone and see what's going on.

it should not take 10 weeks. use the Samsung support chat feature within members and have our support team look into your issue.

Update: they gave me a tracking number anyone know were i can use that tracking number to localize my package ?
