Impossible to have Android 10 for my note 10 plus

Hi everybody, as I am new to this forum, I would please, like to know why my Samsung note 10 plus can not find or did not receive the Android 10 firmware update ?

I know I can get it from the settings, but everytime I try, it's never available.

What is your exact model and who is your provider ?

Hi, I think, I must have the 10 version first.

The exact model is SM-N75U and my service provider is Videotron

Your is US model. Canada Note10+ ends with W. But I am not sure why is not getting Android 10 as my wife's Note10+ already on Android11.

It didn't make sense to me that he or she was asking about android 10 when I know it got the 11 with one ui3.1

Yeah, should be getting Android11 instead now. But he said nothing available when click software update.
