Galaxy NoteI had android 13 update couple of weeks ago but sadly i've faced problem with my accelerometer after the update. the phone shows the wrong orientation. when i hold the phone horizontally, the screen rotates into landscape and viceversa. restarting the phone solve the problem temprorily but it comes back again after 3 or 4 days.
Unfortunately reset factory didn't solve the problem. It is really annoying

Galaxy NoteHow are you determining whether or not there's a problem with accelerometer on your device?

Galaxy NoteWhen you turn on your auto rotate and the phone orientation is vertical yet the screen will change to horizontal view and vice versa.

Galaxy NoteYeah, I have the same issue too. I have to turn off/on auto rotate to fix the screen layout.

Galaxy NoteSorry to inform that the app mentioned only gives a temporary fix to the problem, a couple of days and mine was back to tilting sideways while in reality standing up. I've run diagnostics both with Samsung built in and via AVG anti-virus without any results.
If this is something that suddenly involves a lot of samsung phones, one would believe that samsung is aware of it and are working on solving the issue with a new update.

Galaxy NoteI understand that it's often easier to hope that it's a firmware issue, and that an update will fix it, but given that there's likely 10s of millions of Note devices sold, you'd think that IF it was an update issue, you'd see the community inundated with reports. To my knowledge, this hasn't been the case.
I'd suggest that you visit a Samsung Service Centre to get it checked out by a tech, if a Factory Reset hasn't resolved the issue.

Galaxy NoteMy S20 Ultra has never had any issues with this.
Did you at least try to see if a Factory Reset would solve the problem for you?
