My past three samsung phones had a feature where it was able to identify numbers not saved in your contacts/unknown numbers. I am not able to find this setting or option on my note 8. Has it been removed or just buried deeper in the settings menu? Help please! I really like this feature.

It should be Identify unsaved numbers. Not anything else.

It's the Smart Call feature. You can install the Hiya dialer app from Play Store. That's what Samsung has integrated.
