One ui 4.0 issues

So I recently updated my note 20 ultra to one ui 4.0 in Canada and I am dealing with so many bugs. The major one is frame drop to 60hz constantly. So many apps constantly drop frame to 60hz even the whole ui feels choppy when it does that. It doesn't feel as smooth as it was before the update. Any suggestions?

No issues here with Note 20 Ultra. You might want to do a factory refresh

But it'll delete all of my pictures and data. Can i just do factory settings reset instead?

You can use SmartSwitch to do a full backup. Then factory reset your phone. Then restore your data.

Yeah I realized this frame drope. Hope samsung will fix it in the next update

Yeah its pretty bad, there are so many random bugs too. I will try factory resetting if the issues are still there I will downgrade to onu ui 3.1

I'm experiencing an issue with the One UI 4.0 update as well, I'm unable to update or install apps through the play store, I experienced the same issue a few months back when I tested the Beta, which was why I restored back to Android 11
