Galaxy NoteMy phone does ask for PIN after couple failures. Sounds like your fingerprint read totally not working.
How about restart your phone? When your phone boot up, you need to unlock your phone by PIN or password.

Galaxy NoteI just tried that.
Doesn't even react to my fingerprint.
so, I'm left with 2 options (I think):
1. reinstall the fingerprint system app (still trying to figure it how)
2. run a calibration check to see if it's possible hardware issue.
unfortunately, the method I know for calibration check isn't work (dial *#0*)
so I'm searching for alternatives
