That's provided the user has a Note 10/10+ and can use air commands. Note 9 S Pen does not have the hardware for it and limited to the button pressing. Not sure if the 10/10+ is backwards compatible and/or if Samsung will make it compatible. Highly doubt it as it would lessen the need to get a Note 10/10+.
