samsung notes 3.0.00.69 is regularly crashing on three different samsung devices I have: note 8, s8 and tab s3.

the crashlogs generated on the three devices are similar.

what is wrong with samsung support?

I submitted an error report through the members app with logs.

the text was the same used above.

I make clear that this is not a wipe/cache/reinstall issue, my point made stronger after observing this error on three different devices.

the first reply from support is a request to me to reinstall the app.

they clearly haven't read my message and are following a script.

I reply asking them to read my message again.

their second reply to me is ridiculous. first screenshot.
