The samsung pass app has disappeared from my galaxy note 10. When I go to the galaxy store it says "open" has if it was installed, but it doesn't open the app.
What can I do? I've already tried to restart the phone.
Hi though I would share how I recently got samsung pass to work.
I tried the above steps clearing data and catch for samsung pass in the app settings also tried signing in with the WiFi off. None of these steps worked for me. I then signed into my samsung account via a Web browser and changed my password. I then tried to sign in again on samsung pass and this time it worked ( happy days).
For me changing my password linked to samsung account worked.
