Hello,
The samsung pass app has disappeared from my galaxy note 10. When I go to the galaxy store it says "open" has if it was installed, but it doesn't open the app.
What can I do? I've already tried to restart the phone.

Hello ik,

Try go to Settings → Apps → Samsung Pass → Storage

Click clear data and clear cache

Then, open Samsung Pass and set up again.

Removed all my sign-in info. 🤷 but it's working.

Sorry about that I didn't give you a heads up on loosing sign-in info. Yes, to fix the issue, it is necessary to reset the app, which include removed previous sign-in information. But glad that your problem resolved. 🙂
