samsung pass not working

Hello,
The samsung pass app has disappeared from my galaxy note 10. When I go to the galaxy store it says "open" has if it was installed, but it doesn't open the app.
What can I do? I've already tried to restart the phone.

Hello ik,

Try go to Settings → Apps → Samsung Pass → Storage

Click clear data and clear cache

Then, open Samsung Pass and set up again.

Removed all my sign-in info. 🤷 but it's working.

Sorry about that I didn't give you a heads up on loosing sign-in info. Yes, to fix the issue, it is necessary to reset the app, which include removed previous sign-in information. But glad that your problem resolved. 🙂

turn off your WiFi then add Samsung Pass. Not sure why they can't add this info to that notice, but it works.

This doesn't work on my S8 and there is no ability to uninstall and re-install Samsung Pay app either.  I've cleared cache and data and did restart and nothing.
