What is wrong with Samsung service? I have my note 8 screen repaired and calibrated 3 times and still keep asking me to send it back for repair because they could not figure out what went wrong with it. I asked how many times do I have to send back my phone for repair in the last email and it seems I have sent my email to a ghost box, I got no reply. Anyway, I have reported this to the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services, hope they can help, Samsung products are definitely NO GO to me from now on because their extremely poor customer service.

The only time I have had an issue with a Samsung phone was my S4...
it would constantly lose the volume while Making a call but if I use a Bluetooth or put the call on speaker all was fine...
They repaired it once and lasted about 3 weeks and it started again same problem...
When I called the 2nd time I did ask how many time would they repair the same issue and they told me that on the 3rd time for the same repair they would offer me a new phone as a replacement...
now this was a few years ago as it was my S4 and we are now close to the S9.. can't imagine that the policy has changed....

I was also told from one of their live chat reps. that I should be given options since the phone has been repaired multiple times, at the end, they created another ticket to tell me to send back my phone for repair, which pissed me off. It is good to know your story Thu.

looking at your YouTube evidence, you're displaying a photo in a predominately green hue and then you adjust the brightness up and down and get a flicker? or are u saying the entire screen stays green?

I am see those "horizontal shadows" moving up and down while slowly adjusting the screen brightness. If you YouTube search "galaxy s7 black shadow", there are some other folks have the same problem with their s7.

How? I was told if I took my phone to Samsung store, they won't help.
