Hi, Have a Note 8. Their is a SIDEBAR, that will make the page you are on go UP & DOWN. It just showed up in the last Month, it is Very anoying. How can I get rid of it. I have tried, but nothing I do will get rid of it. Any ideas would be Great. Deb
I can understand that it can annoying for some people, but i think it only shows up if you try to scroll the page and it is just an indication on which part of the oage you are on,it should go away after couple of seconds. Similar to what you see in Microsoft word, excel etc. So i dont think there is an option to remove it

Sorry I didn't say what it was, it is called the edge PANEL HANDLE. DRAG BAR TO CENTER OF SCREEN AND CHOSE BY CHECK MARK, TO TURN ON OR OFF !! DON'T UNDERSTAND, IT DOES NOT WORK.
