On start up after you put in security pin what is the unlock icon on screen? just because it seems to be a long process about 10 to 15 seconds

Upon starting up your device, it's typical for the device to take approx 10-15 seconds. The unlock icon after the security pin is a loading screen that appears as your phone is booting up.

you could have secure start up turned on if that's what your referring to. Secure start up is when to you have to enter a pin to actually power on the device. To turn off:
settings > lock screen and security > Secure start up
settings > lock screen and security > Secure start up
