As of now this update is not yet arrived in Canada. There is a saying better late than never. I have Note 20, I am happy if this device will be updated to Android 12 but when?
The S21 series will likely get One UI V4.0 (Android 12) late November to Mid December, maybe earlier?
The Note 20 devices & S20 series will likely get One UI V4.0 sometime January / February 2022, but that's just a guess, as Samsung has yet to release any Betas for these devices.
In some previous years, Samsung released Betas for not only the current year's Flagships, but also the Flagships from the year before as well.
