USB C port issues

Anyone ever experienced an issue with USB C port not charging properly on not 10 plus? It keeps cutting out when I charge using a cable. Tried multiple cables. It also keeps stopping my music when I listen to music and move the cable or nudge it. So annoying. This is a brand new phone and it shouldn't be having these issues.

nope never happened to me! i would recommend returning it to the store you purchased from it sounds like a faulty usb type c port

Look for debris in USB C port. Mine was filled with pocket lint.

Normally an issue like this would be with the cables, but if you tried multiple, then the issue probably lies within the phone. How often does the charging cut out? Also, are you using spotify to listen to your music? 

If anything, I'll escalate your issue so that someone can contact you about the issue.

when I plug it in, it keeps saying it's charging and then it stops, then it charges, and stops. I use Apple music.

I tried other charging bricks as well. same results.

It's a little weird, I know, but try logging into Samsung members through the website on a computer or desktop. The messaging part still isnt accessible to Samsung Members(I'll be trying to inquire about that a little more). In the meantime, please check the desktop version/website of Samsung Members and it should be there, thanks!

Also, you mention multiple cables but not trying a different charging brick, you might want to try that.

And for pocket Lint you might want to try blowing it with a can of compressed air
