I just find it a little odd I can't uninstall these apps but I can uninstall some pre-installed Samsung apps. especially how intrusive Facebook can be, not even taking into consideration all of the news breaking out about them recently with them. openly admitting they've been monitoring & storing android texts and calls is kinda crazy to have this app not be able to uninstall. 65d917ee-5f45-48f7-83ab-02a39f34dd86.jpg

Probably because FB pays to have it installed on Mobile devices... It's often referred to as Bloat and is something that Samsung should remove from the their o/s 🐧

I've never used the Facebook app....I've always disabled it and used the lite version. but even now they've disabled messages and force you to download messenger lite. now I've uninstalled Facebook lite.

There are some apps that I don't use such as Microsoft Excell, PowerPoint therefore I just went into settings to disable those and the icon disappeared from the apps screen.
