why aren't i allowed to uninstall facebook and amazon?

I just find it a little odd I can't uninstall these apps but I can uninstall some pre-installed Samsung apps. especially how intrusive Facebook can be, not even taking into consideration all of the news breaking out about them recently with them. openly admitting they've been monitoring & storing android texts and calls is kinda crazy to have this app not be able to uninstall.

thought I'd give not rooting my phone a try this time around but, I'm having second thoughts.

as long as you dont think you'll need to make a warranty claim then You should be fine.
