My Samsung Galaxy Note 9 started giving a green screen a few days ago. It's very surprising how the screen turned green with horizontal lines while I was using the phone. So no drop, nothing bump the phone was in my hand and was showing the normal screen and suddenly the screen turned green. I have tried restarting the phone and after a few restarts the screen becomes normal but after some time again becomes green. Regarding the information of Samsung users, this issue came from the technical problem of Samsung screen and it will be replaced with free of charge for customer owned.
I brought it to Samsung Service Center Cong Hoa this afternoon. The Samsung technician, his name is Dinh Truong Du, has checked and informed me that he needs to keep the phone for a few days for instructions from Samsung Office ?? . There is no information and no solution provided properly to identify the problem, it took 2 hours for this matter. He only started to check the phone status after receiving the instruction from a Customer Service, and continued to tell me the same answer before. There are no professional service as expected as well as advertised.
if i remember theres somewhere on the phone u press like by selfie cam theres apparently a connection that becomes loose or something i forget now exactly was awhile back . they had similar issue on s7e
