about iris and face lock

i bought the samsung galaxy s9+ but anyone tell me about the iris and face lock its not working properly . i put the screen gurad on it .

Can you explain what you mean by "not working properly"?
Unless the screen protector you are using is obstructing the forward facing camera - A screen protector shouldn't have any negative effect on iris & face unlock.

Maybe I'd start by registering your irises & face again with proper lighting - See if that fixes it for you.

I've had this issue too. I run a diagnostic on it and maybe 2/10 trys it says needs repair. super annoying actually

I dunno. just randomly doesnt work sometimes. I dont use it much anymore actually cuz I get pissed lmao
