Hello everyone, is there any way i can update android 10 in my Note 10+. I live in Canada, is it officially released here?

When it's officially released your phone will say so with a notification. We won't see it until 2020 sometime (and shortly after the S10 gets it).

Also, why are you posting a Note 10 question in the "Wearables" section?
