Galaxy SI had this but fixed it by going to Modes > Change Settings and selecting Sound Mode and Volume > Mute from Suggested settings
Hope this works for you

Galaxy SDOes not work for me - still have that annoying sound. Sleep mode notifications come from SystemUI and it seems impossible to silent them off .

Galaxy SI appear to have solved this (unbelievably annoying and full-of-irony) issue by these steps:
Settings > Notifications > App Notifications > (3 little dots in upper right) > select "Show system apps"> then for each of these two apps below, select the app and chose Alerts = Silent
1. Modes and Routines
2. System UI
Note: at first, I only set the System UI alerts to silent, since the notification itself was showing as from the System UI, but was unpleasantly surprised to be woken up the next night with another audible alert. It was not until I set BOTH of those "apps" to silent alerts that I stopped getting the audible alert. I do not know if only setting the "Modes and Routines" to silent will resolve.
There is also an app that called "autonotification" that I was able to use to create a "notification blocking" specific of the DND notification...but it fully blocked the notification, when in truth, I like the notification showing, I just wanted to remove the audible alert.
Lastly, as I alluded to already, just think of the stupidity and irony of getting an audible alert so the phone can notify you that you've entered sleep mode. NOT getting those types of alerts is the WHOLE F*ing point of setting up sleep times in the first place. And naturally, the timing of the alert couldn't possibly be worse, becomes it came night after night right when I'm starting to drift asleep. I can't think of a worse time to get an alert...let alone such a stupid alert just to tell me that I won't get more alerts.
I can honestly say that this issue (and frustratedly explaining the situation to my awoken, confused, and equally frustrated wife) has been my first Samsung experience that truly made me want to snap the **bleep** thing in half. It really took me back to my iphone days.
FIX THIS **bleep** RIGHT NOW, SAMSUNG! This should not be the default behavior and users shouldn't have to do a **bleep** thing to stop this behavior. If I were assigned to come up with an annoying behavior, I wouldn't have been able to come up with something so cleverly sinister in 100 years.

Galaxy SI think this beep sound is not annyeing enough. To those Apple agents in Samsung UI department: maybe you should read the forum and fix all workarounds, so that your customers suffer more instead.

Galaxy SThis solved the problem for the OP:
"When it occurs, you can go to Settings > Notifications & Scroll down to see "Sleep Mode" & set it to "Silent". "
Maybe it will work for you as well.
