Any way I can one ui 6 beta in Canada?

Not officially no, but you can flash the US version using a computer and odin

When I tried flashing the SM-918U version on my SM-918W device it complained about build date issue. I don't think we can flash US version.

Using Patched Odin? 

You can't Flash the US One UI V6.0 Beta directly from the Canadian One UI V5.1. 

You have to first Flash the US One UI V5.1 first & Then the US One UI V6.0 Beta. 

You should also be Flashing the U1 US Firmware, not AT&T's "U" Firmware.

Oh I didn't try that. I was trying through ADB sideload. Does Odin reset the phone?

Patched Odin to the US U1 One UI V5.1 & then adb sideload to One UI V6.0 Beta U1.

This didnt work for me. The US U1 OneUI 5.1 did not boot on my phone. It always boot to download mode

I'm guessing that you missed something / didn't flash the correct firmware / didn't use the correct version of Patched Odin (although that would just fail to Flash successfully), or even missed a step entirely.. but user error. It works if done correctly.

The us 5.1 flashed successfully using patched odin. But cannot boot. What version of patched odin should I use? Can you point to the correct firmware to install for the US U1 5.1 ?

I use Frija to download the NON Beta Firmware. 

I can't tell you which one it is, as I'm not home and don't have my laptop with me. 

You need to run Frija, Odin etc as *ADMINISTRATOR* from your Windows computer.

Also Download the Stock Canadian NON Beta Firmware for your device, you'll need it to get back on the Canadian OTAs once One UI V6.0 STABLE is available in Canada. 

In Odin, did you Flash the 4 tar files that you extracted from the Firmware? 

BL - CP - AP & CSC.. AND you Flashed each one at a time, AND got "PASS" for each?
