Hey everyone, I recently watched a video, and it was showing 3 days worth of battery life at about 84% charge on the battery for an s24u.

I was a little concerned, as attached you will see mine says only 1 day on a full charge. Is something wrong with my phone possibly? Or is it a setting that I'm just not using that increases battery life in general. I had this phone since March, so it's not at that adaptive stage anymore. I do have a smart watch, and my Bluetooth is connected constantly, however, before buying the watch I still had the same results, so I don't think it's due to that. Location is turned off, unless I need it in general.

Any input would be appreciated.

That's about 10 hours of screen on time per full charge, which is good.

Not sure how for some it says 3 hours on a full charge.

I think the battery estimation is not accurate. The estimation is base on your usage, not the battery percentage. I do have an experience with my S24U. I did try not using some apps, very less screen time on, stay home only use WiFi for 2 to 3 days. My battery still have 75% at the end of the day. After few days of 75% - 80% remain everyday, the estimate shows almost 3 days of battery life. Once I use my phone normally, like text, call, ig, whatsapp, samsung members, data connections...etc l. again, my battery life drop back to 1 days 5 hours after fully charge.

That's my experience and I don't care anymore. 😆

If I understood correctly, that number would recalculate if I used my phone less? Henceforth, the reason why 3 days show for some phones, is because of less use?

That's the part that confuses me the most. I watched a video and when the dude went onto his phone and clicked on battery he had 84 percent and it said 3 days of battery in that calculation. Compared to mine, I have no clue how he got that.

I have the same problem on my A53 5G since the upgrade from UI5 to 6.1(now). Overnight my battery drains 5% or more even i close all the opened background apps before bed. Not only this issue but it overheats when im using any social app like IG, it is really frustrating. My question is should i get my phone checked out for battery health or should i wait until the next software update is installed?
