Hi Ajay3309,

Please try to Clear cache & Data for the Camera. Follow the below steps:

Open Settings >> Apps >> clock on three-dot menu on top right >> Show system apps >> Click on camera app or ( Search for camera app directly) >> Storage >> Clear cache & data for the Camera.

After clearing the cache and data Reboot the phone and check.

(Note: Clearing data resets an app to its default state.)

interesting how these steps are so readily available. bug report #1 i think not. i feel for you it is difficult when are technology fails us. if this happened to me for a reason beyond my control. or knew it got rushed to production without the proper testing I would not be a repeat customer. i have the 1400 dollar note plus. i have been very fortunate with my Samsung Electronics and have been a long time customer. i hope this resolved your issue quickly. luckily Samsung monitors are fantastic and this community will help your best they can. expert advice is never far away.

did you drop it ? if you did hopefully you had a case on it. if there no outside damage send it in.

I've had this happen to my note 4 an note 9 due to drops. sssh don't tell Samsung.
