Hi everyone,  just bought a new Galaxy s8 and for a third time, I will have to reset to default parameters the phone because for no reason the phone hardware goes crazy. I hear the phone ringing but can't see the caller and can t answer it. Nothing seems to be working except reset it all and I am loosing everything.  Anyone has this problem  ? Should I return it since it's on warranty? Any suggestions?

If you just purchased the S8 & it's behaving like that after a Factory Reset - Yeah I'd definitely exchange it for a new one - You did purchase it from Samsung or a Canadian Carrier & NOT a private sale?

I personally recommend to upgrade for s10. You won't regret it.

The S9 didn't have any known problems nor does the S10 what Shaggy is saying the the S10 has the cut outs for the front camera (selfi) where as the S9 has it in the top bezel. For me I have the S10 + and I can honestly say I never notice the cut outs as I think your mind/brain get used to it very quickly.
Which one to get? it's up to you as a phone is a phone the S10 will get at least 2 more OS updates where as the S9 will only get 1 maybe two... there are good deals to be had on both phones so just for the fact the S10 is newer and a little bit better under the hood (specs) so to speak I would go with the S10... but you can't go wrong with either.
