Can't scroll in Samsung Email app

S24 Ultra native Email app scrolling problem. Version 6.2.06.0

Everything was working a couple weeks ago in the Samsung Email app (not Gmail, not Outlook) but now I cannot scroll in an email when composing. It does scroll, but as soon as I take my finger off it automatically bounces back to where I was before. Really irritating.

I did clear the cache (Does that ever actually solve anything?) Nothing changed.

Anyone have this same problem?

The clearing the cache and data didn't work, but uninstalling updates and resetting to the factory setting seems to have helped. Thank you for the suggestions.

Seems this needs to be done every few days, so still annoying and an issue Samsung needs to deal with.

Must be AI. I posted the app version and my Samsung is set to automatically update. Everything is the latest.

Yes, the problem is unique to the Samsung email app.

I am also having the same issue on Galaxy Z Fold 7. Tried clearing the cache but dont want to re-install as it dumps all the data and is a pain to restore.

Your version of the Email app is the most recent

Since you say it is happening when you are composing possibly check your keyboard settings to see if there is something in there that is causing this to happen

Then all of us have the same keyboard settings... also, the issue persists when the keyboard is minimized.
