Can we get call recording turned on in Canada?

I got my new Samsung ultra. I just read article about how to turn on call recording. That option doesn't exist on my phone despite it being legal in Canada. With telemarketers lying, businesses making mistakes in their offers, it just wanting a record of something, I want to be able to record it.

Can you please update by when can we expect call recording in S22 Ultra as it was in previous galaxy phones??

It's not actually going to happen. It's been suggested multiple times over the years and this is their standard response.

• Yes this should be more then feed back specially with this oendemuc and many of the newest flagship phones being so expensive they tend to even lead for lots of business use and so I would like to know as laws allow it why the call record feature is not available in Canada and why many 3rd party apps don't work either

Been using call recorder-ACR downloadable from the galaxy store for years. It's worked on all my devices (currently Note 10+). Hope it works on my S22 ultra when it arrives. If it ever arrives....

Please let me know. I had to return an S21 because of failed call recording and now I fear having to return my s22 ultra for the same reason.

Got my Ultra yesterday. Didn't have a chance to try it out. Phone was f'd out of the box. Fml
