I've received my phone in the 25th of January but no email for trading in my phone that i traded in. Anyone in Canada received their email to shipback the old device?

You can contact Samsung Canada customer service via the website and use online chat they will help you out with that! They are super!

Well....I've contacted with agents via chat 3 times.. but they said they were not able to access to send the way bill. They just kept saying same thing that I should wait more.

Same still waiting. Ive contacted ther chat support but they say it will come 2-3 business days upon arrival of phone. But no email as of yet 😢
