charging

so it now take up to 5 hours to charge my galaxy s7 now.
can anyone explain that?

Are you​ using the same cable your device came with (the official galaxy charger). If not your device will purposely charge slow and also make sure fast charging is enabled . hope this helps 😊

5 hours to charge your phone sounds a bit extreme. Are you using the charger that came with the phone? Any other type of charger will take longer to charge your phone. I am using the charger that came with my S7 and if my battery is down to like 10% then my total charge time is approximately 2 to 2.5 hours. This is just on regular charge mode.

Yes I am and when I turn fast charging on right when I plug phone to charger fast charge turns off?

try turning "fast charger" back on after you plug into your phone.

huh. Well it used to charge faster i have 2 s7's and both chargers do the same? you think it's a problem . should take it in I guess

so trying to turn it on after does not work. it says to unplug in order to turn it on. I do this and then the button turns blue then I plug it back in and it turns off

get the official samsung charging cable

I have the cables that came in the box. have not used any other?
