Chat features in messages Z flip

Apologies in advance if this doesn't belong here. Been away from Samsung for over a year. Just got the Z flip and in the messages app it keeps telling me use chat features.  I click on OK and start but it keeps coming back every few hours..normal? I have said yes I want to use chat features,  so what gives? Plz and thanks

But Bell/Virgin were literally the first to support RCS in Samsung Messages and they still do...

I guess I can check with Telus yeah, members here are saying that Telus hasn't activated it yet

lol, @Chmultimedia is right, Bell was the first then Roger's and telus still doesn't have it yet.

I must admit.. its really annoying when a moderator gives you wrong information.. must be reading from the same page as the customer service centre

I contacted Telus for RCS and they say they don't have specific time frame for RCS launch.
